Over the years I have gathered some sort of body exercises which are beneficiary to my well-being. I have thought of how to save them in a way where I have easy access to them. This is mostly because sometimes there are 3-5 weeks when I do not practice all of them and simply forget some exercises.
I have option to save them on YouTube but that is not so practical because not every exercise has Shorts version so you need to skip through the video…
I can record myself doing them, but then I need to cut it, upload somewhere, and what about new ones or when I stop doing something…
Then I came up with drawings in my favorite tldraw tool. Easily maintainable and easy access for quick reminder.
What is your sort of favorite stretching or core mixture exercise?!
