Tortilje ala Mustrabečka

Tortilje ala Mustra bečka

Sastojci:

- 0,5kg belog mesa
- pakovanje tortilja testa
- praziluk
- majonez
- 2 jajeta
- 1 pavlaka
- so, biber, vegeta po ukusu, kari, origano
- 300-400g pečurki
- jedna crvena babura (seckana na tanke rezance)
- trapist

Priprema:

U zagrejani tiganj sa uljem staviti seckani praziluk na tanke kolutiće, propržiti ga par minuta a zatim dodati sitne kockice belog mesa. Kada meso dobije svetlu boju (bude skoro pečeno) dodati gljive i pržiti sve zajedno dok gljive ne puste vodu i budu pečene. Na samom kraju dodati papriku i pržiti celu smesu jos 5 minuta. Začiniti po ukusu sa gore nabrojanim začinima.

Priprema preliva:
Umutiti 2 jajeta, celu pavlaku i majonez po ukusu. Dodati so i biber.

Kada je smesa u tiganju gotova, dodati pola preliva u nju i sjediniti – izmeštati kako bi se svi sastojici “umotali” u preliv. Sve to uraditi van šporeta.

U tortilje puniti smesu iz tiganja kašičicom tako da ne iscuri pri savijanju u “palačinku”. Svaku tortilju postaviti jednu do druge u vatrostalnu posudu i sve još jednom preliti drugom polovinom preliva. Odozgo se doda trenicani trapis i origano po ukusu.

Sve ide u rernu na pečenje oko 20ak minuta na 200 stepeni, kako bi se preliv stvrdnuo i sir dobio braon-narandžastu boju – zapečen.
